At Rush Kids, we focus on building social skills, teach them the importance of community and provide a location where they can build strong bonds with peers. Sessions are broken down by age but are also dependent on the maturity level of each individual.

Our coaches always create a positive atmosphere of discipline, teamwork, and prevent injury and ensure proper body mechanics and exercise technique. Your youth athlete will obtain the exercises and nutritional attention suitable for his/her needs from our 4-year degree, highly experienced trainers.
