When it comes to weight management good nutrition is vital. Rush Experience gives all members access to their own personal nutrition program to achieve health objectives with daily meal plans, tracking and community support.

 

FIRST CLASS 

We want you to Experience the Rush of our Group Personal Training session first with a complimentary class on us. Get there 10 minutes before class to meet your coach. We'll check you in, get you sorted and walk you through what to expect during your first experience. 

 

SCHEDULE 

The variation of our programing keeps our members challenge, eager to grow, well-rounded and ready to have fun!  

 

CARDIO (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Our unique, results-driven workouts encompass using different energy systems to experience a RUSH. While using time metrics to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems.

STRENGTH (Tuesday/Thursday)

Our resistance training sessions use progressive overload and develop muscles by hypertrophy. Resulting in stronger, leaner more defined muscles that in turn burn more calories even at rest.

Split into two days Upper and Lower Body

 

WEIGHTLIFTING (Saturday's 8am)

Learn proper form and technique of the Olympic lifts by the top weightlifters in the county.
